Easy to Book Online and choose what I needed to have done on their website. Price was reasonable for a Deep Cleaning. A team of 2 arrived, worked without stopping for more than 4 hours, and left my home sparkling clean. I couldn’t be happier. I will subscribe for a regular cleaning service in the future, they offer 15% discount for rug cleaning.

I would definitely recommend this company to anyone looking! I have two shedding puppers and they made my couch and rug brand new (dogs are no longer allowed on the couch lol)! I've had services before and they surface looks "clean" but the odor typically remains. However, this had my entire apartment smelling fresh and new! 10/10 recommend!

I was amazed the difference their made in upholstery cleaning. I have never cleaned my couch and its cushions before and I must say their do a really good job. Rugscleaning nyc are great! When calling around to get quotes from different companies, Peter was the only person who actually asked specific questions about the type of carpet we have and was easily the most affordable and professional. We needed to get our carpets cleaned asap, and Peter was very accommodating and squeezed us into his busy schedule. We will definitely use their services again for future cleanings.

I made an appointment in early January via the internet. After making the appointment, someone called to confirm. The man I spoke to told me someone would call me the day before my scheduled appointment to confirm again. No one called. When no-one showed up, I called Peter and was informed that the appointment had been cancelled. Since I’m the customer, and they never bothered to call me, I’m still a little baffled about how the appointment got cancelled. Interestingly, no-one at Rugs clenaing nyc seemed to have any ideas either but they offered to reschedule the appointment for me. When I asked them why I would bother rescheduling the appointment if they couldn’t show up the first time, I was immediately transferred to someone else who gave me the same damn song and dance.
This company may not have a real handle on the concept of customer service…Which is why I’m taking my business elsewhere.

BAD SERVICE. I still have some stains on my rugs after their cleaning. I do not think they worked to the full to remove all stains. Not good. I do not recommend this business.

Very good and thorough service. I have used them twice. Once to clean a 4 room apartment and another to clean my two room apartment. Every time I was satisfied with their work. The best part is that they are also punctual and very affordable.

I was looking for a good upholstery cleaning service to get my couch and loveseat cleaned. 90% of companies quoted me with really low prices that had a lot of hidden fees. They tell you low price that does not include anything but steaming. When I asked what they were going to do about some stains on my furniture they tole me that I would also need to go with their stain removal service. When I asked them if they were going to shampoo my furniture. Guess what? They also told that I would also need to go with their shampooing service. RugsCleaning. nyc was the most honest one where I was quoted what I paid eventually. They have flat rates and all inclusive prices which is a big thing when you want to clean your upholstery. Everything was fair: quick appointment, on-time arrival, really excellent cleaning results. I will definitely order their services again. Thank you rugs cleaning nyc.

Amazing job cleaning my ivory sectional sofa
These guys were great. Easy to schedule, disclosed all potential costs ahead of time, arrived and completed on schedule, very pleasant throughout the process. Best of all, they saved me from having to replace my ivory sectional sofa. No lie, it’s a bit tired looking to begin with, but I ruined it with indigo stains that rubbed off from my newest pair of jeans. I was depressed – it would cost a bundle to replace. With low expectations of success, I decided to try cleaning the upholstery and see if the sectional could be saved. Amazingly, Duane got all of the indigo out along with several years worth of accumulated dirt. It’s looking better than ever! I’m sticking with these guys for all my carpet and upholstery problems.

They are just done with my place. Reasonable prices. Punctual, professional service. The person I talked on the phone to schedule an appointment, Mary, was very helpful and sweet.
When done, the cleaner Jose showed me a slightly reddish spot (smaller than a dime) and apologized for not being able to get it. I might not have even noticed it; I appreciated the attention to detail.
Definitely recommend it to everyone 🙂

We needed to clean our 8 by 10 and 8 by 5 rugs. We have not cleaned them since last year. All our previous experiences were really bad. Every time we ordered rug cleaning services we had a problem of being paying more than expected. Most rug cleaning companies gave us rough estimates that were far away from real prices we paid eventually. Guys from rugs cleaning nyc were great because we did not pay any cent more than we were quoted. Their flat rates policy turned out to be really good. All inclusive price helped us not worry abut any hidden fees. Moreover, their professional approach (they came on-time, they used a really professional big heavy-duty machine, they covered our wood floors to avoid damages etc) made us really satisfied customers. This is my 4th year having this company clean our carpets and I feel a little embarrassed that I haven’t left a glowing review yet. Peter is one of the most professional people I know, truly his customer service is 10/10. His attention to detail is impeccable and it shows in everything he does. He has been on time every time and has even accommodated us on very short notice when we had a minor mold-scare in our baby’s nursery. His rates are reasonable (if not generous, compared to the “other guys”). If you are considering having any carpet cleaning done, give him a call- you’ll be happy you did. We’re definitely customers for life!

I want to say thank you to this really professional company. We needed a queen size mattress cleaning service. Our mattress had been a bit stained and just dirty after 5 years of use. We did not want to buy a new one and decided to look for professional mattress cleaning company. These guys were awesome. They came on time and turned our mattress into almost a brand new look. We do rug cleaning every year. Last year we were not completely satisfied with the cleaning results from other rug cleaning company. We found this company and decided to use their services. They were really affordable. We were kind of afraid if they are enough professional but it turned out to be an excellent professional rug cleaning company. They turned our rugs almost into a new state after really thorough cleaning procedures. We will use you guys next year.

My old couch was in desperate need for the cleaning. I decided to clean it rather than replace because I love this couch. I have been carefully shopping for a good company for a couple days and get about 5-7 quotes. These guys gave me the best price with all inclusive price. A lot of companies do these tricks with steam only price. When you ask them what is included into the price- they say “you will see everything on site when our technician arrive”. One of such scambags came over and said “Oh man – you need a deep cleaning with shampooing and stain removal” I said ok, how much to $69 I was initially quoted. He said “$59 for shampooing and $39 for stain removal”. Notttttt bad! Such a difference. I kicked him out of my house eventually. I chose RugsCleaning nyc because they do not have that b*it. Everything was clear. They came on time, did a fantastic job and charged me exactly what I was quoted for. It was $119 for a great service. Thank you guys. I recommend this company. 5 stars service.

I have gone through numerous carpet cleaning services, both big name and small local companies. None of them can come even close to the quality of work Rugs Cleaning nyc provided. Just like many of the other reviews said, Peter was extremely accommodating with scheduling us in at the last minute, his team came and worked quickly and efficiently, they were meticulous and really cared about the quality of his work, and was incredibly affordable. Never have to look elsewhere for another carpet cleaning service. They were fantastic!

They are the best in the biz! I’ve been using them for the last 3 years. I’ve tried a few others due to deals and last minute needs and no has done the quality of work that rugscleaning nyc provides. I have two small but very active children, our house gets lots of traffic and lots of spills . There isnt a stain that they cant get out, they are professional, always within a time window, and they prices cant be beat for the quality of the work that they do! Best thing about they work , your carpets aren’t soaking wet, and full of chemicals basically when they are done you can walk on the carpet!! Rugs Cleaning NYC has cleaned our carpets a few times over the last 6 years. They always do a very professional job and the carpets look great for a longtime after the cleaning. I’ve tried to save money by renting machines at the grocery store, but the carpets only look good the day of and then seem to suck up dirt and become filthier than they were before the cleaning. Steam cleaning is the way to go and Rugs Cleaning NYC is our first choice.

I’ve used several different carpet cleaning services. At first, the carpet looked great, then a few weeks later, the same spots reemerged. That hasn’t happened with RugsCleaning NYC. Peter hand scrubbed multiple spots on the carpet. The carpet still looks great!

Thorough, friendly, honest, and professional company.
I was highly satisfied with Jeffrey’s amazing job on my long fibered wool rug (a pain in the neck to maintain). Jeffrey took care of major stains like they had not been there before. Thoroughly cleaned on the bottom under the long, pain in the neck wool fibers.

My first time using this company’s services. I was apprehensive at first, but they were very professional right from my first phone call. I got a call when they were within 15 minutes of arrival. They came in, surveyed the job, listened to what I wanted, and then said they could do the job immediately. I was thrilled. Within minutes they were back with their equipment, worked diligently and cleaned upholstery and rug and did a magnificent job. They were finished with a half hour, packed up and gone. Very organized and pleasant to work with. Would definitely recommend their services. Price was very reasonable also.

Absolutely the best! A close friend of mine was moving out of his apartment and when we started moving the furniture, low and behold, there was a huge stain behind the couch! He only had a few days before his inspection and not wanting to lose his security deposit, we called several carpet cleaning companies. Unfortunately because of the short timeline, nobody was available. We found Rugs Cleaning NYC and were ecstatic that they were able to make the time work.
They were punctual, friendly, and got the stain out very quickly; it’s amazing how much brighter the carpet looked afterwards, forgot it was ever that original color! My buddy thought because of the quick service he would be paying an arm and a leg, but the pricing was great.

I’ll spare you the gory details but the rug in my kids room needed a cleaning – in the worst way. It was so bad, I wasn’t sure it could be saved!
